Cloud Level is an indoor immersive inflatable activity in the heart of Shoreditch, London. Guests enter through our Loading Bay, receive a safety briefing, then step onto a vast bouncy inflatable landscape surrounded by an immersive light and sound environment. Whether you're visiting with friends, family or a group, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Sessions are one hour in total. This includes your safety briefing in the Loading Bay before you enter the inflatable. Please refer to your booking confirmation for your specific session time.

Cloud Level combines an exciting inflatable attraction with immersive light and sound in a safe, modern and welcoming environment designed for guests of all ages. It's a unique experience that's as much for adults as it is for kids.

Yes. Personal photography and videography are welcome. Please be respectful of other guests and avoid filming individuals without their permission. Tag us @cloudlevelldn — we love to see your shots. By entering, you acknowledge that Cloud Level may capture promotional photography and video; opt-out forms are available at the Loading Bay.

Yes. All sessions must be booked in advance to guarantee entry. We strongly recommend booking online before your visit to secure your preferred date and time slot.

Child tickets are £13.50 and adult tickets are £15, plus a small booking fee.

No printing needed. Just have your booking confirmation ready on your phone — we'll check you in using your name or Eventbrite order number.

Yes. Subject to availability, guests can book multiple consecutive sessions to extend their visit.

No. Cloud Level is a cashless venue and accepts card payments only. Please ensure you have a valid debit or credit card for any on-site purchases.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session start time. This gives you enough time to check in, complete your waiver and take part in the safety briefing before entering the inflatable.

Unfortunately, late arrivals may lose some of their session time or may miss their session entirely. We recommend arriving early to ensure you receive the full experience.

Yes. All participants must have a completed waiver before accessing the activity areas. Parents or guardians must complete waivers on behalf of anyone under 18. You'll receive a waiver link in your booking confirmation email — we recommend completing it before you arrive.

No re-entry is permitted once you have left. Sessions are time-limited and capacity is carefully managed.

Cloud Level operates timed sessions with a capped capacity to ensure the venue never becomes overcrowded. Guest numbers are carefully managed so everyone has a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity — loose-fitting sportswear is ideal. Avoid sharp objects, jewellery, belts and clothing with metal studs, as these are not permitted on the inflatable.

Yes. Grip socks must be worn at all times on the inflatable for safety and hygiene reasons. Cloud Level grip socks are available to purchase on site. You may bring your own provided they are in good condition and offer suitable grip. Standard socks without grips are not permitted.

Glasses may be worn at your own risk. We recommend using a sports strap to keep them secure while on the inflatable.

Fancy dress is permitted provided it is safe and practical — no sharp objects, masks that restrict vision, or oversized accessories that could cause a hazard on the inflatable.

For safety reasons, the following items are prohibited on the inflatable:

• Jewellery and watches
• Keys and sharp objects
• Belts and clothing with metal studs
• Food, drink and chewing gum

All personal belongings should be stored safely before participating. Lockers are available on site.

The minimum age to access the inflatable is 3 years old. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Cloud Level is suitable for children aged 3 and above. Selected sessions may be particularly suitable for younger children. Please check the session details and age guidance before booking.

There is no height or weight restriction for the inflatable.

Absolutely. Cloud Level is designed for both children and adults — it's just as much fun for grown-ups. However, adults are not permitted to attend without a child. Adult tickets must be purchased in conjunction with a child ticket.

We aim to make Cloud Level as accessible as possible. The inflatable requires guests to be able to walk and balance on an unstable surface. Please contact us before your visit to discuss your specific requirements so we can assist accordingly.

Registered assistance dogs are welcome. Please contact us before your visit if you require any additional assistance.

Yes. All participants must attend a safety briefing before entering the inflatable. Our team will run you through the rules and everything you need to know to have a safe and enjoyable experience.

If you have a medical condition, injury or are pregnant, we recommend consulting your doctor before participating. Please also inform a member of staff on arrival. Cloud Level is not recommended for guests with back, neck or joint injuries, recent surgery, epilepsy, heart conditions, or those who are pregnant. Cloud Level reserves the right to refuse entry in the interest of guest safety.

Yes. Trained first aid personnel are available on site during all operating hours.

Yes. Cloud Level operates with professional risk assessments, public liability insurance, monitored activity levels, on-site security and trained first aiders present throughout all sessions.

Yes. Trained team members monitor the activity areas and enforce venue rules at all times. All guests participate at their own risk and remain responsible for their own actions whilst using the attractions.

No. Parents or guardians must comply with our supervision requirements at all times. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult throughout their visit.

A maximum of four children may be supervised by one adult at Cloud Level. Parents, guardians and supervising adults remain responsible for the behaviour and safety of the children in their care throughout their visit.

Any guest failing to follow venue rules or staff instructions may be removed from the activity areas or venue without refund.

Yes. A selection of food, snacks and refreshments are available to purchase on site at the Loading Bay.

No outside food or drink is permitted inside the venue, except baby food or where required for medical reasons. Please speak to a member of staff if you have specific dietary or medical needs.

Please speak to a member of staff before purchasing food if you have any allergies or dietary requirements. Please also note that our venue may use latex balloons.

Yes. Lockers are available for hire so you can safely store personal belongings during your visit.

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue for guests.

Yes. Baby changing facilities and toilets are available for guests to use during their visit.

We're at 118 Curtain Road, Shoreditch, London EC2A 3PJ. Shoreditch High Street Overground and Old Street Underground (Northern line) are both within walking distance.

Cloud Level does not have dedicated parking facilities. Please check local parking options before travelling and allow sufficient time. Any parking charges are the responsibility of the guest. We recommend travelling by public transport where possible.

Yes. Pushchairs and buggies are welcome in the venue. Please note that storage space is limited and during busy periods you may be asked to fold your buggy. Buggies cannot be taken onto the inflatable. The Curtain Road entrance is step-free. We recommend bringing a compact or foldable pushchair where possible.

Birthday cakes are permitted for pre-booked party groups. Please contact us at hello@cloudlevel.london in advance to arrange this.

Yes. We welcome school groups and educational visits. Please contact our team for group rates and availability.

Yes. Cloud Level is a fantastic venue for team building, staff socials and corporate events. Bespoke packages are available — get in touch to find out more.
